LisaLisa Lawrence has lived fitness since she was a young girl here in North Orange County. As a collegiate athlete, she attended Azuza Pacific and graduated with a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. Soccer was her love and through soccer she witnessed the benefits of health, fitness, and fitness training. Lisa’s love of sport prompted her to become a Certified Athletic Trainer as well as become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since, she has spent her time inspiring others to adapt to a lifestyle that includes health and fitness and has led them to their goals. Here at Tagge’s, Lisa specializes in corrective, postural and functional training and is committed to propelling others to actualize their goals.

RickRick Lucero found his love for fitness at the age of seventeen while playing basketball at a local gym. He was inspired to train to live well and since has been working and training to inspire others. Spending his early adult years in the Marine Corps he learned the courage and brotherhood that would help him to understand how to motivate and use focus as a source of strength. He served for four years as a mentor to many Marines and in 2003, he reached his destination and became a certified fitness professional. Countless hours spent training himself and others was preparing him for California and Orange County where he is putting this experience to great use. Here at Tagge’s Rick expects to train harder and better while becoming a positive force in his clients lives. You can expect to be pushed hard and driven to your goals with the safest environment possible.

SeanShaun Lagos began his career in fitness when he was 18 years old. He grew up in Ojai, California where he spent countless hours playing most sports, specifically soccer and baseball. Shaun came to Orange County in 2004 and attended Chapman University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship. After graduation he found himself stuck at a “desk job” and realized he wanted to follow his passion for health and fitness and work in a more independent environment. He enjoys motivating others and educating people so they can improve their own health and fitness, achieve their goals, and live better lives.
